Shipping & Refunds

All order processing occurs on business days only — Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM IST. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

Our sweets are perishable goods, so complete returns cannot be accepted. However, we pride ourselves on quality and will honour any problems or concerns with your order.

A full refund will be provided if applicable. If you have concerns or queries, please email us at shrikanatural@gmail.com and we will endeavour to resolve any issue promptly.

If there has been a fault with the sweets, delivery, or packaging, a full refund or exchange will be discussed. We pride ourselves on being traditional and transparent.
